Mr. Ashok S. Dhamdhere, Director
Mr. Ashok Sampatrao Dhamdhere holds a Master in Commerce from Pune University, PUNE. He has over 30 years of experience in the construction and infrastructure industry. His expertise lies in Liaisoning who builds and maintains mutually beneficial relationships and Facilitates communications with all the stakeholders of the projects. He is also involved in the social fields and trustee for the number of charitable trusts engaged in education, welfare and sports activities.
Mr. Dipak P. Kadam, Director
Mr. Dipak Pradip Kadam graduated from Shivaji University Kolhapur with a Bachelor of Science. He joined this company in 2007 while completing his studies by following in his father and founder Director Mr. Pradip Tukaram Kadam's footsteps. He is the overseer of the company. He represents the company at all major events and construction activities, functions, and meetings with concerned authorities for all required clearances, etc. This leads to completing the company vision with the consultation of all directors and other authorities. Prepare a budget analysis to complete any project with prospective risk and potential of the project before starting the work at any project. Ensure quality control throughout the company through establishment as well as the side of the work. He provides strategic guidance to ensure the long-term goals of all projects. He is a financial expert who is skilled in handling the company’s accounting.

Mr. S. N. Jaiswal graduated from University of Allahabad. He was Sr. Divisional Accounts Officer, Class-I., (IA.&A.D.) Indian Audit & Accounts Department. Under the Comptroller and Auditor General of India. (CAG). Mr. Jaiswal is having more than 35 years of experience in field of contracts, Billing, Budget management, Accounts & Audit works of projects and financial advisor under Various Government Departments like Public Works Department, Irrigation Department, National Highways Authorities of India, Mechanical, Electrical, Jal Sandharan, Maritime Board and Town Planning Departments of Government of Maharashtra. Mr. Jaiswal regularly contributes his long financial and legal experience to our projects being specialized in financial matters.
Mr. Prashant Patil
Mr. Prashant Patil is retired Deputy Engineer who heads the company’s quality assurance team. He is the one who make sure to give the best projects without compromising the quality of the material. He gives the guidance to the project managers to acquire the qualitative raw materials with respect to its quantity. He monitors quality standards, create documentation, devise quality tests and define the criteria a test result should meet.

Ms. Jyoti Pradip Kadam
Ms. Jyoti Pradip Kadam joined the company in 2021, bringing with her a strong academic background that includes a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and a Master's degree in Personnel Management. In her current role, she leads the Office Administration department. Her responsibilities span across Recruitment and Selection, Accounting and Financial Management, Operations Data Management, and Performance Assessment, as well as overseeing day-to-day business activities and handling core Banking Operations.
Ms. Kadam is known for her structured approach to administration and her keen eye for operational efficiency. She believes that every individual within the organization holds unique value, and that their contributions—no matter how big or small—are instrumental in driving the company's overall success and sustainable growth. Her people-centric philosophy and commitment to organizational excellence make her an integral part of the leadership tea.
Mr. Saurabh A. Dhamdhere
Mr. Saurabh Ashok Dhamdhere graduated with Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) in 2020 from Pune University. He was actively involved in Business while pursuing his studies. As he has great knowledge about Road Construction Machine, Plant and Equipment, his suggestions and inputs are considered to be main aspects in enlarging the assets of the company. His expertise lies in Concrete Roads, which led the Company to enter all concrete road works. He is expert to explore and implement latest technology for better services and cost control. He always ensures and coordinate with the site plant requirements or no equipment lying idle or surplus etc. He always defines innovative and new strategies regarding plant and equipment.

Mr. Shubham P. Kadam
After completing his Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) from Pune university he went to study his Masters in Construction management at University of Texas in Arlington (USA). He worked there after completing his education to enhance his knowledge. After gaining experience there, he came back and joined the family business. His intelligence, work ethic and go- better attitude help the company to take new big projects on the table. He is Operations head whose suggestions help to run the projects smoothly without any hurdles, in a budget and make sure project completes on time.

Mr. Shubham A. Dhamdhere
Mr. Shubham Ashok Dhamdhere is an MBA graduate with four years of experience in client coordination and management. He is currently contributing his skills at Indicon Construction. He focuses on overseeing ground-level operations and ensuring smooth management of day-to-day activities. His responsibilities include task assignment and resource allocation, making sure that the right materials and manpower are efficiently utilized on the field. By combining his expertise in business management and practical operations, he helps streamline processes to achieve organizational goals and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
